McCreadie, AMP Series, Mitchell, Kaeding and Martin Headline Dirt Nationâ„¢ Live November 26th
Hampton, VA — The Dirt Nationâ„¢ Live presented by Lucas Oil radio show on Monday evening November 26th will present a plethora of special guests from the world of dirt track racing across the country. Dirt Nationâ„¢ Live presented by Lucas Oil airs from 8:00 - 10:00 PM EST on RaceTalkLive and can be accessed over the internet at: www.racetalklive.com and www.dirtnation.net, and is hosted by Dave Seay.
Dirt Nationâ„¢ Live will spotlight Richard Childress Racing Developmental Driver and dirt late model star Tim McCreadie of Watertown, NY. McCreadie, a super star in both big block modifieds and dirt late models was tabbed in 2007 to race for RCR in select asphalt events. McCreadie coming off his 2006 World of Outlaws Late Model Championship had some moderate success and also had time to race a bit on the dirt as well. McCreadie will join the show to talk about his 2007 season and his possibilities for 2008. McCreadie drives the Coffey / McCreadie Enterprises owned #39 Sweeteners Plus Rocket.
Dirt Nationâ„¢ Live will also spotlight the Day Motorsports AMP Series presented by American Race Tires. The AMP Series had what many will consider an excellent first year of operation. Joining the show will be first year promoter Christy Hudson and inaugural Champion Jon Mitchell of Greenbrier, AR.
The ‘Cat Man’ Jon Mitchell will join the show to talk about winning the 2007 AMP Series Championship. Mitchell also competed regularly on the MSRA and SUPR tours. Mitchell drives the Jon Mitchell Motorsports owned; PTS Racing Engines powered GRT Chassis #5 sponsored by GRT Race Cars, Marion Towing, JFR Graphics, BSB Manufacturing and Integra Shocks.
Making a return visit to Dirt Nationâ„¢ Live will be Midwest Modified star and Chassis builder Eddie ‘The Outlaw’ Martin of Stilwell, OK. Martin has been racking up the big wins here at the end of 2007. He will join the show to talk about his recent success which includes a win in the Duel in the Desert and a $15,000 win event at Southern New Mexico Raceway. Not only is Martin an accomplished racer but the popular driver also designs and manufactures the Big Chief Chassis. Martin races for himself and also for Sharp Racing Products. Also making a return visit to Dirt Nation™ Live will be sprint car star Tim Kaeding of San Jose, CA. Kaeding started the year off driving for Steve Kinser then did some subbing for Larry Woodward and Tony Stewart before teaming back up with Tom Rolfe in mid June. The relationship has once again produced results as “TK†was the co-champion of the American Sprint Car Series’ Third Annual O’Reilly Sprint Bandits Tour ‘N Topless Midwest Swing in August. Kaeding and the Tom Rolfe Racing team will be real “outlaws†in 2008, running more than 100 races but not with any particular series. Kaeding drives the Tom Rolfe owned; Don Ott powered Maxim #10 sponsored by Tom Rolfe Trucking, J.F. McCray Plastering and B.R. Motorsports.
