World of Outlaws Late Model point leader ‘The Kentucky Colonel’ Steve Francis of Ashland, KY jined the show to talk about take the point lead into the inaugural World of Outlaws World Finals to be held at the Dirt Track at Lowes November 1 – 3, 2007. Francis also talked about his apprearance on Wind Tunnel, his season and coming so close in 2004 & 2005. Steve Francis is currently leading the series points over Chub Frank.
